yup scam coin... old dev run with the money from ico.. this coin become shit...and got someone buy it really cheap and they form a team to revive this coin back by apply swap to make dpos coin..after they got profit and they do their other main coin, OXY coin...that why their dev and admin 70% from rise dev and admin...i glad that i all out before they delisted from bittrex...
They hired a lot of new people now, lots of new developpers on their team and community managers. I think Rise is definitly more legit than the majority of coin on coinmarketcap. I know that the old founder scammed the team and stole a lot of money but they kicked him out and it's a totally new team now. But yeah I agree with you on some part, like for exemple most of the people on Oxycoin are from Rise, which is weird.
