Watching their ether and btc wallets for the last month i dont think they raised another 20M after the preICO, unless there is like 15M+ fiat deposits, which of course there is no way for us to confirm that and all we can do is trust what they say, but for me 3:1 ratio is just too much even after the crypto crash and it seems very unlikely. In my opinion they are just trying to create a FOMO for the last a couple of days so they collect all they can.
