Absolutely. He is close to Arthur Breitman, and that was the problem Gevers had with him. Now that virtually unlimited money will be available to the developers this thing will take off like a rocket.

do you think the fund raised money will go back to the foundation? it is almost worth 1 billion.

The foundation has always been in control of the money. The problem was that Johann Gevers was not releasing any of it to the development team. That issue is now resolved, and the new foundation members have already stated that the developers and other projects will be funded immediately.
