The premine is used to fund the launch of the GIN platform (one-click masternode setup, shared masternode pools for any masternode coin) and do the initial listings on exchanges (Cryptopia is very expensive these days).
Why not apply to ask for listing Gincoin on coinexchange.io. Cryptopia is not stable one, I think.
