Does anyone know how to verify how many wallets are actually staking the token (I.e token holders that have access either plan on the platform)?
I could be wrong but I don't think we can track who has access to what plan on the platform.

I think thats correct. You can track how many cnd token holders there are on ethplorer but platform stuff like that seems to be closed.
