2. Why do you need hero member accounts?
3. You don't say how much Elycoins you will pay
4. Why would you pay in Elycoins if you are running your own campaign with your own coins4. If this isn't a signature campaign, it sounds like a scam if you need hero members to promote your coin with mass topics.
Bitcointalk members are relatively smart compared to other forums. Nobody here is going to give you their account to use unless you offer a large escrow.
