Just chiming in to note I'm on List 1, received and replied to an email from David and am awaiting my deposit. I assume all of them weren't released yet? If they were all supposed to have been processed by now then I'd like to know if I did anything wrong, as I think others may wish to know too.

Can you clarify if there's still some that need to be handled CfB? I've no problem waiting longer, just want to make sure I didn't miss something.
