I think it depends on the situation. Bitcoin can only end the poverty of those who knows bitcoin,but those who dont know anything about bitcoin, they are always in poverty in thier entire life like on some places were technology have no room.
I think so. Being poverty has no end. It will be decreased but no ending. Poverty can't be solved easily. Maybe for those who knows bitcoin,they have a chance to enhance the poverty. Poverty is not having any source of income to make money but I if they have bitcoin it will be earn and learn at the same time.bitcoin will created by changing our lfe situation.
