Bounties are great. And a system that would allow the community to stake or vote towards particular bounties would even be better.  

The amount of creative innovation that comes out of not taking the easy route of cash up front is what keeps the system lean, elegant and democratic. That's what makes BLK such a yet to be recognised powerhouse.
