What's happening with this coin? why is loosing so much value? 
because it hard forked to create Bitcoin Private. So now it's like useless till next fork. ZCL is a good basic coin to create forks.
Could you elaborate? why ZCL will experience another fork as no more dev / miner are supposed to contribute to it? I'm kind of confused here
