I've waited over 7 days on several occasions for BTC transactions to go through 
Does this mean Bitcoin is a scam ?

I'm very wary of new exchanges, but have had very little problems (fingers crossed) with
Stocks.exchange so far, apart from it being a little slow and not a lot of volume.
