I have finally received my Ether to my local account 13 hours after it was confirmed on the blockchain  . Everywhere else it took only minutes last few weeks to deposit/transfer Ether so it got me worried, esp as no responses to my emails to support. Now I can say for sure they r a genuine exchange but just need to improve their service and esp support.
