If the crypto market will continue to grow you have a chance to be profitable if you are holding a good coin or token.
Buy back when the market is bleeding because that would give you a cheap price where it can help you to maximize your income the moment you sell.
Always sell with a great price and take advantage when the market is red because the trend will continue, we will be back in a bull market soon.

I just sit on my deska and figure out my previous mistakes in case of a loss. This is good to know what was done mistakenly during my trade positions.
This isn't a bad decision, it helps you don't have more mistake when your mentality not stable.
My friend lost many money just because he send Bitcoin to the wallet of USDT on Binance exchange while he has some losses on trading make his mentality become panic.
I remember he lost ~100,000 dollars for this mistake Tongue
Thats a very expensive mistake to make and even myself would lose such big amount will really make me panic considering that it is equivalent on having my salary for about 20 years in my life time. Imagine that thing?But well people do have different status when it comes to finances which there are poor,average,filthy rich which can really afford to lose up huge amounts. Dealing with loss is hard but a good learning along the way for you not to commit the same mistake ever again.
