No you can't earn money, bitcoin or altcoin just by posting without participating in a campaign. You have to join first a signature campaign that is suitable for your rank. Try to look campaigns on Services and Bounties thread fs there is an available campaign for your rank. But for now you can earn merits just by posting contructive posts so you can be able to rank up fast.
