The project is interesting, but there are questions: how will the issues of delivery of goods, disputes between the buyer and the seller, how will the issue of return of goods be solved? I would like to get more information about the team. Good luck to the team and the project.
Good Questions
Seller disputes and customer returns vary on a case by case basis.
While there are traditional ways to handle this, we are researching better methods (community based, bot-assisted, arbitration systems) or a mix of them that can scale with marketplace demand.
Delivery services are more of a matter of business partnerships, to secure better rates for volume shipping and more.
Our solutions to both of these issues will be tested and improved upon once we release our beta version of the platform. (Roadmap: April 2018)
