I wouldn't spend too much time on this project.  Or at least don't take any coins from users.

The applications idea may have some merit.  But you really don't need BlockChain Technology for what you want.  Just a bitcoin plugin on a shopping cart that allows users to build their own store.   

Copyrights are obsolete.  Eventually all media will be free and supported by things like advertising and using your CPU/HD.
