Your ICO rating has flaws, everyone can manipulate the upvote and downvote on every ICO project on your site. Try to limit the votes per person like they can only vote 3-5 ico per day not they can vote in any ICO project on your list. And I guess the vote counts are based on IP address right? so people can use VPN refresh the page then try to vote again.
