I see what the problem is now. You are trying to link images that are hosted locally on your PC.
http://file:///storage/emulated/0/Download/tokyo-3131978_1920.jpg is not a website or something bitcointalk can fetch data from.
You'll need to upload your image to something like
Imgur, and then use that link instead of
http://file:///You did use the tags correctly, so no issue there.
