I think he got accepted in bitcoin signature campaign because he is wearing that decent signature campaign's signature and it also from yahoo but not the one I mentioned.

That's basically how Signature Application works now.
I think you are a bit late because the campaigns have already reached to a level where they have a lot of professionals and intermediate level of the professionals, and none of the campaigns want to have the newbies at this time. Still I would say that if you want to earn, you can do that by having the accounts on social media like YouTube, twitter etc and try to get maximum followers from those accounts, then you can become part of those campaigns easily.
No one's too late to join a sig campaign, as long as the user has acceptable quality he won't face any problems to apply to any campaign he wish to.That's why those who don't have a not so good quality will usually goes to Bounty campaigns, Bounty campaigns are more lax.
