May I suggest you ask JohnK to put the refund request through again? First one might have gone to spam.
Also, could you please address my question above about the backup plan?

No reply ... so may I suggest the backup plan. And as the chips are now shipping again, as in:
If this GB chips ship, I suggest you start making plans to not take delivery and have them sent back to Yifu so we can get our refund as requested some time ago.
If the chips do arrive to bizwoo, then there is no reason for refund...
