What version of MSI are you using. I have the 15.12 drivers and Windows 7 installed, but Afterburner doesn't allow clock modification or power controls. Are my drivers too old? Perhaps the new ones would work?
Use the latest version and go into settings for each card and enable all the extra controls and possible disable low power mode depending on the card. They are locked by default for safety.
