Hi! Couldn't find any topics on bitcointalk about ICO of Telegram messenger. Not sure that this topic belongs to this discussion board but couldn't find anything more relevant...
So is it for real that Telegram is planning a huge ICO or internet is just going crazy about fake news?

It looks like kinda private sale is already finished. But of course - it is only rumors.
I saw someone in Telegram invited into the pool, they are telling that they are participants in ICO and they got passed to private sale.
But I think this is scam, really. And another rumor - investors will wait till 2019 spring to see something technologically
