There are no known ways to destroy Bitcoin, in fact it was designed from a coding view, and even thermonuclear attack to carry on and sustain, reroute the network too.
There are many failsafes, even in way to confirm transactions on a grand, consensus scale.
Bitcoin, and it's Alts, are here to stay.
