Hi! Couldn't find any topics on bitcointalk about ICO of Telegram messenger. Not sure that this topic belongs to this discussion board but couldn't find anything more relevant...
So is it for real that Telegram is planning a huge ICO or internet is just going crazy about fake news?
Depends on what your notion this means that there it is still no, but it infa 100$ if it will not then Pavel Durov feed you to the sharks, Roman Abramovich.
