Eating ice cream is the best stress reliever for me.
Not even as stress reliever but also helps me feel alive.

Breathe deeply (Deep Breathing)
Deep breathing can move the lymph flow system, which is the system of removing toxins and waste materials from our bodies, and increase the body's resistance to disease.
