Re: Do you think the top 10 coins on coinmarketcap will change during this year?
I was just looking at this screenshot of the coins 1 year ago (18 November).
The top 3 are still the same of course, though the prices changed drastically, it's still interesting to see the other coins drop off and disappear like that.
Can't imagine what next year snapshot will look like.
Apart from Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and Monero, I believe there is a big chance for the remaining coins to change spots with other coins. There are so many coins with huge potential out there like Electroneum etc which can outpace many of the coins in the top 10 this year and I believe this will happen before the end of this year. I am very confident that Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and Monero will retain their spots due to their popularity and many other factors like real world use cases etc which is why they will sit in those positions for a very long time.
