There is no point to ask when exchange, Bankera have to make first real tokens based on ERC20 or XEM, make them transferable and interexchangeable, I haven't seen such ICO yet (using more than 1 blockchain at the same time). So I guess untill all this infrastructure is done the exchanges won't be working, or may be the first will be bankera's own exchange as it can work outside of blockchain.
