Wow, congrats on this achievement. But i heard before that some country is not allowed to join VLB project's ICO and one fo them is China, is that true? Does with this launch means China can join the ICO in the 12 March 2018 later?
As Chinese is a very common language (not only in China), we decided to use it as one of the WP languages. There is a lot of interested people all around the globe that knows Chinese and will read White Paper.
Also, in some parts of China you can participate in ICO: in Hong Kong, Macao and Xiamen.
