You are right. However, we can accept projects while we work on the ico and token distribution. That's possible because I work without a salary (so no staff costs) and the costs for starting are not very high (if you know what you are doing).

The plan A is to build the Moon Funding Exchange and then credit all the tokens on the user's balances. That way it's a win-win situation. 1) Users can trade their tokens to have a profit. 2) We start with some volume and we can get some profit from the fees. 3) We save a lot in transaction fees, and the users also save because they already have the tokens in the exchange. 4) Transfering tokens manually to 1300 people would take a looot of time. If we wait for the Exchange, users will be able to request automatic payments.
The problem here is that I have to pay someone to build the exchange, so the time that it'll take doesn't depend on me
