I found this in your whitepaper "The tokens offered  in  connection  with  the token  sale  under  this  White  Paper are  available  for purchase to only “Accredited Investors.” Generally, interested persons must have a net worth of over $1 million (exclusive of residence) or an income in excess of $200,000 individually or $300,000 jointly with  a  spouse." Why do you have to have this on the disclaimer and be applicable in the US only?
