Liechtenstein is located in Liechtenstein as its a sovereign nation 
Its on the border of Switzerland and Austria.
But they do speak German so I would consider them to be german which is an offshoot of Germany. Its on the border of Switzerland and Austria. 
Sure they are on the borders but they take on rules from which country when it comes to their own laws?
