If you check ForkDelta, you'll see that's not true. A few buy and sell orders have also gone through.

I think what is happening to you is that you haven't mined your own address and the approve function doesn't automine for security reasons. Your real mined balance is 3629 CEHH. If you want to mine your own address, transfer 3791 CEHH to yourself and that should clear up the issue. Otherwise, deposit 3629 CEHH or less and you'll have no more errors.

Check the response above. You probably have a similar problem. Coins need to be mined if you wish to use approve() functions.
