We do wonder why bitcointalk allows that Nigerian scam artist to continue doing this across all the boards. Mods have acknowledged they know he is a scammer but allow it to continue. We tend to see this as normal FUD for which he gets paid pennies since he is also a very meagerly tipped Uber driver.
He or someone he represents hopes to gather as many tokens as possible and then resell when the token begins trading. No worries. All the information you need is out there. Bitcointalk is a very minor element in this campaign. He can do it all day everyday and it changes absolutely nothing.
