SO why did I lose ~ 9500 dcy  when I imported my paper wallet to the gui wallet?  yes I reset the wallet after importing, it starts synch at 10000, but my coins were from much later blocks.

Is there any way to get them back? 

They were all mined at the DCY pool mining site

pool fee says 0.6% not 91%.
