Has anyone here managed to claim their BTP using the tool on the website?
its working for everyone expect HD and hardware wallet users.we are working to fix the issue with these wallets and these users will able to claim their BTP very soon.
OK, thanks for te update. I signed the address using my Ledger Nano and can confirm that my signature was not accepted. Glad to hear that you are working on that! Maybe you could post here once it is possible? Thanks!
In your signature replace the + with %2B
This may or may not work. It did for me and a few other people, it has not worked for some.
Can't hurt to try.
