Thats nearly the setting I use for my 5870.
-k phatk AGGRESSION=12 BFI_INT DEVICE=0 FASTLOOP=false VECTORS WORKSIZE=128
Core is at 900 MHz and Mem at 200 MHz with 405 MHash/sec.
You could try Cat 11.7 with the 2.5 APP Runtime!
