This is just a rumor and most people came up to this idea after facebook decided to ban all the ICO sponsored ads that are popping on their social network. Don't believe easily on statements that doesn't have proof. I haven't seen any news about facebook making their own coin but this possible since they have the advantage of its use. Unlike other altcoins that are only looking for profit but no partnership and no service that coin will be used.
