I like what you are doing - but we cannot say that this is being endorsed nor backed by CWI or any one of theTEAM.
However, I can see this is a good way of promotion, which we had no intention of doing till later this year when the development of the coin was underway.

Yes, I use my own SWEEPs that collected by POS. I'm involved in SWEEP from the very beggining and I like SWEEP for VERY fast transactions and great POS reward. Maybe soon I will realize some new bounty ideas for SWEEP promotion. Everybody likes Bounties

Then I would like to make my donation of 2.5MSWEEP to this giveaway cause.
If there is a way I could track all that is done (I don't have full access to discord or anything that uses websockets easily), then I will post the 2.5MSWEEP to a new address from the premine and when I am satisfied that the giveaway is done fairly without compromise, all you would have to do is PM me addresses (or publish them if that is the way it is done) and I will send off the allotted amounts to those addresses every week, until my 2.5MSWEEP is down to zero.
There is only one other person that has yet to be paid his 2.5MSWEEP, and that is Steven. He will decide what he wants to do with his share, as has been done with the other Engineers when the agreement and acquisition was done those many months ago.
Let me know how we could make this happen.
We also would like to bounty the Block explorers that exist currently, which are the Iquidus ones. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the older Block Explorer Developer? How much would be a fair bounty payout for these explorers?
