There is significant progress in the github if you one pays attention. The MVP is nearly finished, now there are modifications being made to allow for multiple user gateways.

Currently this system depends on bandwidth data logs from OpenVPN session history and soon there will be development on a unique Proof-Of-Bandwidth algorithm.
Utility Chain:
Team will be attempting to create a fully functional utility chain on the tendermint platform that will successfully utilize ethermint to allow for the ERC20 smart contracts to be operable with the tendermint codebase.
