But there is no volume in trading and maybe they still haven't finished everything and it looks like everything is still locked. There is no volume also and you can see that there are pending orders in both directions (buy/sell) and were not filled for a while... You should send the email to stock.exchange and see what they reply, but it could take a while. I remember that I sent email regarding another asset and I waited for a month to get some response from exchange.
