Because of their mentality behind suicide bombing
It is not the sole reason, but it can be one of many. Believe it or not, even among the Muslims living in European nations such as France and the United Kingdom, there is significant support for committing suicide bombings. No amount of education or progress seems to be having an effect on their attitudes.
