We all are getting Bulk responses - never to be dealt with - i have a ticket for over 3 months old now - got the bulk response afoter a month - then nothing... i would not even bother writing tickets on cryptopia.
Cryptopia has always treated me well, Ive known them guys for quite some time and they are honest hardworking guys, just maybe having a few tech problems.
