You are the manager and since they have breached the promises, contracts and have scammed us all then why don't you report them to moderators. Also you have talked to them, have the proof then you should as a sensible manager post on Scam Accusation thread. If we can get the most senior members on the forum on our side then there could be a way we can make Bezop to think twice about our deserved rewards.
