FJ gives faucet money only to play a dice game and for other games, they don't give faucet money. But we never hard that anyone accounts are banned or withdrawals are withheld just because they didn't deposit money.
AFAIK FJ gives fortunejack coin or for free play money instead of faucet? I played on the site long ago and I did check that they still have the free play currency there. Not sure if they actually give real faucet to players right now or now
There is also real faucet that can be claimed by users as long as the balance in all currencies below 10 satoshi, you can see it once you open the dice game. The free play money (FJC) is also still available there, I never used both though because I dont really like to play with faucet or free play money at any sites. If my main purpose is to gamble then I will use my own deposited money.
Relating to the abuse, it is hard to make restriction like X rank of account can join . That is probably because there are alot of people that play on fortunejack doesnt have a high rank account in here. We havent seen such promotions in bitcointalk lately from fortunejack isnt it? Or do I missed same kind of promotions here?
Restriction is not only rank of bitcontlak account, if your main point is to let FJ players then just simply use FJ account as the rule instead of Bitcointalk account.
