Your tokens on sub-contract. You can withdraw them any time you like with MEW, by accessing 0x1C048352237Ab1FF92b34D032148D87e825b44C1 smartcontract and calling withdraw. If you wish you can withdraw every time you receive them, or you can withdraw all at once after ICO will be finished. There is no any limitation. Your LeRT tokens are on sub-contract, but noone except you can access them.
