POW only works good under a huge decentralized system or else you run into malicious miners and problems, for most of crypto POS is a better alternative IMO.


- Uses way Less electricity, Way smaller footprint.

- Rewards people already holding the coin instead of outside miners who do not care about its future.

- Increases the incentives to Hodl.

- Faster Block Times.

- Less networking Issues from malicious miners.

- Easier to understand for newcomers.
