I don't know what are you talking about. I'm connecting on the eu1.ethermine.org:4444 address and it's still working. I can see 2 miners and valid shares on both from the pool's "dashboard".
Maybe it's because you're using an SSL connection? Try to connect to a non-SSL port.
I use nanopool and claymore 11.2/
You can see in screenshot (look message above) that shares came to the pool.
