Binance is not a scam exchange.  It is the fastest growing new cryptocurrency exchange.  It has moved up the ranks and is currently the number 1 cryptocurrency exchange.  I have been using it since it went live and really like Binance a lot.  There's a large variety of coins to trade with and it's very easy to use.
