How come when I enter 192.168.1.254:8000 in my brower the menu doen't show up? I just get this screen:

I already checked to make sure the cable was pluggin in, and the cord was securely in. However, I'm still getting the same screen. The light on the router that shows it's plugged in started flashing, does that mean it's attached?
