Your not alone mate my app is also updated but I haven't got any update about the ETH wallet. Let's just wait maybe there's still bugs or they want the implementation to be smooth before releasing it to everyone.
No, i found the ethereum wallet after I uninstall and update the google playstore. Try it. then check the read more in coins.ph page in playstore if it's 3.0.1
if it doesn't change you can clear cache and data from settings>applications> look for playstore uninstall the update then update it again then install the coins.ph until you find 3.0.1. Good luck..
Try to check your app if it's version 3.0.1 already if not then there' something wrong with your play store or app store try to clear cache your PS/AS if needed.
I found that my coins.ph app is 2.8.8 something and tried to check it on the Playstore but only uninstall and open is available choices so I decided to uninstall but checking the read more of coins.ph on playstore the version still 2.8.8 then I tried to update my google playstore and it shows 3.0.1 then install and now I found the ethereum wallet in my coins.ph app.
I think the issue here is my playstore and it should uninstall the apps first then install now it works fine and got 3.0.1 version.

I don't know why people still can't see the update. Maybe asking the support of coins.ph might help. I think if there are still bugs we can't still use the wallet but we are now using the wallet and there seems no bug at all. The new wallet is released and I think there are some matters in the playstore and not on the app.
I saw some posts regarding on these matter in a group i joined in facebook and they say that the phone you are using might not be able to get the eth wallet yet or it must be because of the location your are situated, either way i think it hasn't fully implemented yet.
No now I found the ethereum wallet in my coins.ph wallet. Maybe the reason why other coinsph users couldn't find ethereum wallet its because they didn't uninstall the app and update the google playstore otherwise they are using iPhone which is still not supported.
